As a socially responsible foreign trade company, Welping attaches great importance to the comprehensive development of the capabilities of its employees, and regularly sends its employees to participate in a variety of vocational training, so that they can continue to grow in their careers.

Salespersons are usually required to carry out a variety of daily tasks, but also need to understand product knowledge, laws, and policies, and so on. In addition to this, salespersons also need to answer all kinds of enquiries from customers, sometimes because of the time difference, they need to respond in non-working hours, so salespersons have higher requirements for knowledge reserves, coping skills and psychological quality.

The new day’s training, which we attended, mainly focuses on the coping ability and psychological quality of the salesman to strengthen the training.

During the three days and two nights, participants are not allowed to drink, eat or go to the toilet from 8.30am to 10.30pm, excluding one hour each for lunch and dinner, and fifteen minutes after class time.

Such long and intense training is helpful because the most important quality of a salesman who wants to grow is persistence.

In addition, the new day’s training also includes shouting slogans, drinking chicken soup, and playing games, which are also helpful for the psychological construction of the salesmen and dealing with the customers.

Prior to this Welping had sent staff in batches to New Day training several times, this round being the last.
