The electric fusion welding machine is a machine that energizes the electric hot melt belt so that the electric heating wire embedded in the electric hot melt belt generates heat. The heat energy melts the surface of the pipes and pipe fittings, and then cools and solidifies to weld the plastic pipes together.
The history of electric fusion welding machines can be traced back to 1890, when American Nikola Tesla invented arc welding. But he did not put this invention into actual production. The real electric fusion welding machine was invented by the Russian Strohmenger in 1919.
The development of electric fusion welding machines went through the arc welding era from the late 19th century to the early 20th century. The Electronic Age from the 1920s to the 1960s. Finally, it developed into the reverse era from the 1970s to the present.

With the continuous accumulation of technology, Welping’s electrofusion welding machine has now become safer, more stable and more efficient, and can better handle the welding of pipes and fittings.
When using Welping’s electric fusion welder, first measure the depth to which the pipe fitting can be inserted into the pipe, mark the corresponding length on the pipe with a marker, scrape off the oxide layer in the mark on the pipe with a scraper, and then insert the pipe fitting. Insert the multi-purpose plug into the copper post of the pipe fitting. Use the scanner to scan the pipe fitting to obtain the parameters required for welding, and then you can start the welding work.
If your pipe fitting cannot obtain the welding parameters through scanning, you can also manually enter the welding voltage, welding time, cooling time, select the number of segments, constant voltage or constant current welding, whether to compensate for temperature, etc.
The process of capacitor welding machine is divided into 4 stages: Incubation period, Joint formation and consolidation, Plateau region and Cooling period. When you go through these four stages, you will have a satisfactory welded pipe.
