Precise welding, quality assurance — WP500A pro welding practical operation record

In addition to researching, developing, and improving pipe welding machines, we also love to put our knowledge into practice. To better understand our customers’ user experience, our WELPING team come to factory workshops. This time, we used the WP500A pro to complete a full-process welding demonstration.

The WP500A pro butt fusion machine has a simple structure and stable performance. One person can complete the main operations. In addition, the pipe fusion welding machine is equipped with a data logger that records key parameters in real time, in accordance with ISO standards. The machine performs exceptionally well and is particularly suitable for daily welding tasks on medium-diameter HDPE pipes.

The welding process | Every step is smooth:

  • Clamping pipe fittings: The clamp design is reasonable, size switching is quick, and positioning is secure.
  •  End face cutting: The facer cuts cleanly, and the precision is visible.
  • Heating stage: The heating plate temperature control is accurate, and the temperature rises quickly.
  • Pressure connection: The hydraulic system runs stably, and the weld seam is smooth.
  • Cooling and finishing: The whole machine maintains pressure to ensure the strength of the weld seam.

Simply push the control lever, and all actions are performed smoothly.
