The full name of FOB is free on board. The ex-factory price plus inland freight, warehousing fee and local fee is equal to the FOB quotation. Using FOB pricing method, after the goods are loaded on the ship designated by the buyer within the specified time, the responsibility will be transferred to the buyer.
On the basis of the FOB quotation plus the shipping fee, it is CFR, which stands for cost and freight. CFR plus insurance is CIF. If you choose CIF pricing, Welping will bear the freight and responsibility after the goods arrive at the destination port and before they cross the ship’s strings.
