Hydraulic station plays a key role in butt welding machine.
Different models of butt welding machines are equipped with different hydraulic stations, but some butt welding machines with similar sizes are equipped with the same hydraulic stations.
For example, WP160A, WP200A, WP250A, WP315A and WP355A, these five models of butt welding machines use the same hydraulic station.
However, larger butt welding machines such as WP400A, WP450A, WP500A and WP630A use another hydraulic station.
The front of the hydraulic station has pressure gauge, pressure control, pressure relife, a rocker to control forward and reverse, and three display panels: Voltage-Current, Temperature Control and Timer.
Therefore, the hydraulic station can be connected and control the movement of the frame, and set various parameters to accurately control the temperature and heating time of the heating plate and the cooling time of the pipe docking.
Now Welping’s hydraulic station has been further upgraded, replacing the previous LCD screen with the current physical screen. Today’s hydraulic stations can display various parameters more accurately and will be more durable.
