In order to meet the various needs of different types of customers for welded pipes, Welping not only has Hydraulic Butt Welding Machines suitable for pipes of various sizes, but also Electrofusion Welding Machines for customers to choose from.
The following will introduce the components and operating principles of the Hydryaulic Butt Welding Machine and the Electrofusion Welding Machine, so that customers can understand the similarities and differences between the two welding machines and choose the model that is more suitable for them.

Hydraulic Butt Welding Machine consists of Basic Frame, Planning tool, Heating Plate, Hydraulic Station and Reducers. During operation, first clamp the pipes in the Basic Frame and align them, use the Planning tool to smooth the joints, and then use the Heating Plate to heat and melt.
Set time, temperature, pressure and other parameters on the Hydraulic Station, and move the pipes for docking. After cooling, the two pipes can be spliced into a longer and stable pipe.
The Electrofusion Welding Machine consists of MCU, Multi-purpose plug, Optional Scanner&Printer and Optional Scraper. It is mainly used for pipe welding at turns or tees.

Use a scraper to cut the pipe so that it can fit into the conection job, insert the multi-purpose plug into the jack on the conection job, and enter the correct parameters on the MCU, such as voltage, current, time and temperature, etc.In this way, the pipe can be welded in the desired form.
The optional scanner and printer are used to record various data during welding for later search and comparison.
The above is a comparison between Hydraulic Butt Welding and electrofusion Welding. Customers can make a reasonable choice based on their needs for pipe welding costs and usage scenarios.
